3. Manage Your Account & Data Deletion

We respect your privacy and give you full control over your data. If you want to delete your account and remove all associated data permanently:

Please send a deletion request email to support@memfetcher.com from the email address used for your MemFetcher account. This process will permanently remove all your uploaded images, extracted factors, search indexes, and active reminders. Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

MemFetcher uses Apple's standard App Store in-app purchases for subscription billing (Plus and Pro tiers).

• To manage or cancel your subscription: Go to your iPhone Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions, and select MemFetcher.
• Billing issues or refund requests: Since billing is handled entirely by Apple, all refund requests must be requested through Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
