MemFetcher utilizes third-party AI services to analyze your uploaded images. The images you upload are processed by these services solely for the purpose of returning structured data to your account. Your personal images are not used by us to train general-purpose AI models.

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. We utilize Google Cloud and Firebase security rules to ensure that your data is only accessible to you.

5. Deleting User Information

Users can request the deletion of their user information by sending an email to support@memfetcher.com. Please note that you must send the request from the same email address that you use to log in to MemFetcher; otherwise, the request will be rejected. The deletion includes all data, such as uploaded images and all mems. This process is permanent and unrestorable.
